As always, patients are welcome and encouraged to seek necessary care. To protect the health and safety of our patients and families, our staff and our community during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have temporarily changed our visitor policy.

Elizabethtown Community Hospital is a not-for-profit critical access hospital which includes our Elizabethtown and Ticonderoga campuses, and six community-based primary care health centers.
