The former Moses Ludington Hospital is now a 24-hour emergency department and outpatient center owned and operated by The University of Vermont Health Network – Elizabethtown Community Hospital. As part of the region’s leading health network, we offer the highest quality health care services in a newly designed facility that Ticonderoga can be proud to call their own.
The $9.1m renovation project is now complete. This project provided for new specialty clinic space that includes outpatient endoscopy services, a bright and modern emergency department, along with an updated and renovated laboratory services area located close to the emergency department for added convenience. Additionally, the imaging and outpatient rehabilitation departments have relocated to newly remodeled areas of the facility with updated, state-of-the art equipment.
We continue to add specialists and services to our specialty clinic making access to the care you need more convenient, close to home.
Together, we are transforming health care for our community.
