New Business Office Location in Elizabethtown
The billing, financial services, and medical records offices for the main campus in Elizabethtown have moved to 8 Williams Street in Elizabethtown, New York.
Patient account representatives are available to assist with in-person bill pay and financial assistance inquiries at the new location Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Requests for medical records can also be made in person by completing a records request form.

UVM Health Network, MVP Joined Forces to Offer Medicare Advantage Program
The UVM Health Network and MVP Health Care have partnered to co-create an innovative Medicare Advantage plan shaped by Network physicians to better meet the needs of older adults in Vermont and northern New York. The plan is expected to begin on January 1, 2022. For more information, click here.
