Events include free health screenings like our Women’s Health and Hunter's Health Days. The UVM Health Network - Elizabethtown Community Hospital Auxiliary also sponsors fundraising events throughout the year, including the annual Doc Lopez Run for Health.

Golf Tournament

When you make a contribution to the University of Vermont Health Network - Elizabethtown Community Hospital, you are investing in the health and wellbeing of your community. Funds raised through our annual golf tournament help support the purchase of new equipment and the expansion of community health and wellness programs. Doc Lopez Run for Health

The Doc Lopez Run for Health supports the UVM Health Network - Elizabethtown Community Hospital Auxiliary and features a 5K and half marathon race followed by grab-and-go treats and an awards ceremony. The beautiful 5K and half marathon courses finish near the Boquet Valley Central School in Elizabethtown, New York. Find race details here.

Wellness Rx and the Crown Point Health Center Food Pantry

The Wellness Rx program and Crown Point Health Center Food Pantry were launched in partnership with the Essex County Well Fed Collaborative. These programs aim to make healthy food options and education more accessible to those with food related chronic disease. For more information and hours of operation, please call (518) 873-3125.

Holly Estus Scholarship for High School Students

The Holly Estus Scholarship Fund was established in memory of Holly Estus, a registered nurse who worked at Elizabethtown Community Hospital. A $500 scholarship is available each year to high school seniors within the Elizabethtown, Keene, Moriah, Westport, Willsboro, or AuSable Valley school districts. To apply, students must be enrolling in an accredited college pursuing a career in nursing, and must include their school transcript with a completed application.
