COVID-19 Information and Updates

Please remember to stay at home and contact your doctor by phone if you have COVID-19 symptoms - fever, cough, and/or shortness of breath.

Questions on COVID-19? Call us.

If you are experiencing fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please call your provider. If you do not have a provider, our health centers can offer next-day appointments. If your provider determines you need testing, please be sure to call the facility ahead of time to alert them to your arrival.

We are safely open to provide care.

How We’re Helping to Protect You and Others

  • Visitor Guidelines: As always, patients are welcome and encouraged to seek necessary care. To protect the health and safety of our patients and families, our staff and our community during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have temporarily changed our visitor policy. Click here to view our current visitors policy.

  • Entrance Screening: If you need to enter the hospital or our health centers, we’ll take your temperature and ask you a few questions. If you have respiratory complaints or a fever, you’ll be routed safely to care in a dedicated area.

  • Masking: For everyone’s protection, masks are required for all patients, visitor, and staff members at our hospital or facilities. One will be provided to you if you do not have your own. Please make sure you wear it properly, covering your nose and mouth fully, for the duration of your visit. If you have concerns about your mask or wearing one, please speak with a staff member.

  • Hand Sanitizer: When you arrive, during your time with us, and after your appointment, please use the available hand sanitizer. You may be asked to clean your hands during your healthcare experience. When you get home, wash your hands, wipe down your phone, laptop or tablet and earpieces. Then wash your hands again for a minimum of 20 seconds with soap and warm water.

  • Physical Distancing: We’ve made changes to our waiting rooms and seating areas to support safe physical distancing of at least 6 feet. In some cases, waiting rooms may not be utilized. Instead, you will be brought directly to an exam room to see your provider.

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintaining a clean environment is always important in medical facilities, especially now. We are following strict cleaning guidelines and use UV air purifiers for our inpatient unit and emergency department. We have always cleaned exam rooms in between patients and are taking extra precautions by cleaning common areas such as check-in desks, waiting rooms, door knobs, faucets and other high-touch surfaces multiple times a day. To support safety measures, we have temporarily removed magazines and newspapers from our waiting rooms.
