FREE Heart Health Screening

Join ECH for a heart health screening.  Open to the public, these events offer free health assessments, including:

•  Cholesterol, A1C and blood pressure checks
•  Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
•  Body Mass Index (BMI) assessments
•  Resources on smoking cessation and the benefits of regular exercise
•  Diabetes education sessions
