Elizabethtown Community Hospital’s 18^thAnnual Golf Tournament Accepting Registrations

Elizabethtown, N.Y. (June 20, 2018)– Elizabethtown Community Hospital’s Annual Golf Tournament is taking place on Tuesday, August 14 at Westport Country Club in Westport, NY.

Proceeds from the golf event are used to support the hospital’s programs and services. The primary care health centers throughout Essex County, various hospital departments, the newly renovated inpatient unit, emergency department, and the hospital’s wellness programs have all been previous recipients of the hospital’s golf tournament proceeds. 

The golf tournament is one of the hospital’s most popular fundraising events. Many of the tournament’s 150 participants take part year after year.

According to Matt Nolan, chief operating officer at ECH, the long-standing golf tournament is a great way to help support the hospital. “It’s a great event that brings out a fun group of players and luckily, there’s always room for more,” he said.

The cost is $85 per participant and includes 18 holes of golf, cart, giveaways and post-tournament luncheon.
