QA/QI Meetings
QA/QI Meetings will be held the last Monday of the month for the quarter. Below is the list of dates for the meetings and due dates for requested for PCR information from each squad.

Any EMS Agency is welcome to attend the QA/QI meetings. Collected data from regional agency's PCR's will be presented.
Current studies being done: (criteria in the link below)
Cardiac Arrest, Major Trauma, Possible Strokes, Controlled Substance Use, Aeromedical Utilization
Any agency that would like an independent review of a call, would like follow up on a specific call, or has quality concerns may email the QA/QI coordinator or their liaison.

Forms are available to assist with agency certifications. All Agencies are responsible to provide the pharmacy with the forms below. Additionally, once an agency is certified, they must provide the pharmacy with a copy of their 03C license.
